Our shared apartments, exclusively for Españolé students, provide comfortable and affordable accommodation with an international atmosphere.
All three of our apartment options, San Dionisio, Central shared or Shared, provide comfortable single or double rooms, shared or private bathrooms, shared kitchens and social spaces with free WiFi throughout all the properties. With their brilliant locations and homely atmosphere, they are the perfect option for Españolé students.
They are located next to the school, in a brand new restored building with 6 apartments for students. There are many students from the school living in the building. Each apartment has either 4 or 5 rooms and each one has its own private bathroom and fridge.

Each apartment has between three and five bedrooms, some have shared bathrooms and others are en-suite. All apartments have a fully-equipped kitchen, a lounge with TV, a washing machine and an iron. These apartments are located around 15 minutes by foot to school.
