Activity programme

We organise many activities every week so students can discover the city, practise Spanish and meet new people. Some examples are bike tours, cooking classes, museum visits, beach games, paella parties and weekend trips to places like Peñíscola or Altea. Activities are guided and often included in the course, making it easy to join and have fun after class.

Social activities, mobile app and how to register

At Españolé, the social programme is a key part of the student experience. It helps students practise Spanish in real-life situations while enjoying Valencia and connecting with other international students.

Activities run from Monday to Saturday and include city tours, cultural visits, cooking classes, yoga, weekend excursions, and typical Spanish experiences like tapas tours and paella parties.

Every week, there are at least three free activities and many others at a very low cost.

How students sign up

  • All students receive access to our Españolé mobile app on their first day, with a username and password.

  • In the app, they can check their class timetable, attendance, accommodation info, and register for activities.

  • Activities with an extra cost must be booked and paid in advance, either online through the app or in person at the activity desk.

  • Registration deadlines are usually the day before the activity.

Communication and student support

Students are encouraged to join the school’s WhatsApp group by messaging +34 671 287 595, which ensures they receive real-time updates about the weekly activity schedule, changes due to weather or availability, and any last-minute additions. This helps them stay informed and make the most of their time in Valencia.

In addition, the activity team and front desk are always available to assist with any questions—whether related to school events, signing up for activities, or getting recommendations on what to see and do in the city.
